When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, and the technical details of your PCB project (materials, dimensions, file links, and any notes you include).

We do not collect payment information on this site. Payments are handled off-platform via PayPal or wire transfer.

2. How we use your data

Your information is used solely to:

• Prepare and send your quotation
• Communicate with you about your project
• Fulfill orders you place with us

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this site:

• Resend— transactional email delivery. Quote requests are routed through Resend's API. Their privacy policy applies to email transmission.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment. Vercel may process access logs and request metadata.
• Supabase — quote request database. Your RFQ data is stored securely on Supabase servers (US region).
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, traffic sources). GA may set first-party cookies for this purpose.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting, or any tracking that follows you across other websites.

5. Data retention

Quote request emails are retained in our email system for the duration of your project engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
